Challenge, decision and impact

Anticipating the retail mix to build a destination

Developing a landmark retail and leisure destination in Andalusia in a highly competitive environment led us to bet on an early pre-leasing strategy with a positioning focused on experience, leisure and sustainability, in collaboration with the developer and operators, achieving high occupancy from opening and its consolidation as one of the leading retail and leisure benchmarks in the region.

Challenge, decision and impact

Repositioning an asset in a changing tourist environment

The challenge of repositioning an emblematic asset to improve its occupancy and adapt it to the growth of tourism and cruises was addressed through a comprehensive refurbishment and the redefinition of the retail mix in coordination with the owner and the Port Authority, resulting in a renovated asset that is more attractive and aligned with the city’s new tourism and port dynamics.

Challenge, decision and impact

Sustainability integrated into asset management

Asset management has been geared towards responding to new regulatory, financial and social demands by incorporating ESG criteria into day-to-day operations, integrating measures for energy efficiency, sustainable mobility, the circular economy and community engagement. This strategy has improved efficiency and emission-reduction indicators, boosted the use of renewable energy and developed social initiatives that strengthen the link between the assets and their surroundings without compromising their operational competitiveness.
