Gentalia strengthens its management team with the appointment of Ewa Wojtatowicz as Retail Leasing Director

Gentalia announces the appointment of Ewa Wojtatowicz as its new Retail Leasing Director.

Wojtatowicz joins the team led by Gonzalo Gómez and will take on the coordination and commercialisation of a portfolio made up of 22 assets, including 18 shopping centres and 4 retail parks, with a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of approximately 770,000 m2. She will also play an active role in developing new business for the company.

With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector at European level, Wojtatowicz has held senior positions at companies such as Neinver, where she led teams in Spain, Italy and Poland, negotiating with international brands and managing large portfolios.

Throughout her career she has worked with some of the industry’s most relevant players, such as Nuveen and Grupo Lar, demonstrating a solid strategic focus on improving operational performance and attracting leading brands. She has also been a participant, speaker and jury member at leading forums such as MAPIC, AECC and ICSC.

She holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and has complemented her education with specialised programmes in the economic and operational management of F&B spaces (Manageat, Madrid), professional coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), personal efficiency and leadership.
